What makes the Neo® different from a standard roller door?

Unlike standard roller doors that have a corrugated or "waved" profile, the Neo® uses a unique "brake press" production process to create a flatter, more modern look that mimics a sectional door. It is also significantly more robust, featuring double the thickness of many entry-level roller doors.

Does the Neo® come with an opener included?

Yes. To ensure it performs as a premium system, the Neo® comes standard with the B&D Controll-A-Door® Power Drive® automatic opener. This ensures the door operates smoothly and stays within the "Total Confidence" warranty guidelines.

What is Auto-Lock and why does it matter?

Auto-Lock is a heavy-duty bolt that automatically engages every time you close the door via the remote. It effectively pins the door to the ground, making it nearly impossible for an intruder to lever the door upward. It provides a level of physical security that a standard motor alone cannot offer.

What are Wireless Safety Beams and are they included?

Wireless Safety Beams are infrared sensors placed at the bottom of the door opening. If the beam is broken (by a child, pet, or car) while the door is closing, the door will automatically stop and reverse. While they are a highly recommended safety upgrade, they are typically an optional extra unless specified in a particular promotional bundle.
