Pick up, Shipping and Returns
Taurean Doors range consists of the Prime Collection, Novataur, Light-Industrial Roller Doors and Sectional Panel Doors.
Delivery is available nationwide (see Map)*, production currently running at approximately 3 weeks and doors are then shippied to the nearest branch (Allow 5-7 working days to NSW, Tasmania, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth, 10 days to FNQ and NT).
You can collect from the warehouse for free, locations NSW - Erskine Park, Queanbeyan, Orange, Coffs Harbour, Albury. VIC - Knoxfield, Bendigo, Mildura. SA - Adelaide, WA - Maddington, QLD - Crestmead, Rockhampton, Cairns, Townsville, TAS - Hobart. *******Closed toe shoes required to enter warehouse area, suitable vehicle also required for safe carriage of the door, such as Ute or Trailer or the door may not be handed over. To avoid damage do not strop over the drum OR hang the door off the end of your deck.*****
Delivery will be scheduled by the branch on the next run to your location. If the branch is unable to deliver we will give you an option for us to deliver it to the nearest location by agreement, or pick up free from the Branch warehouse or we will cancel the order and refund you in full (provided the door has not been made - you cannot change your mind once the steel is cut)
If you are quite remote from the local branch then there are a couple of options, you can arrange to collect or we can arrange delivery to many places for an additional fee....
* Delivery to outlying Islands or access by ferry no longer available, our standard delivery routes are defined on the map link above. We can cover most large towns around Coastal Australia or we can deliver to an agreed location nearest to you. Some routes are only serviced fortnightly.
Returns
As all doors are made to order we are not able to accept returns, unless the door is damaged during transport. Orders can be cancelled prior to manufacturing, there will be a $50 credit handling fee deducted from you refund.
